With decades of hands-on experience in the grading industry, Curtis built his foundation working alongside his brother at Allen Williams Grading before launching his own company.

Curtis brings extensive field knowledge, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of site development to every project. His leadership has positioned C&A Grading, Inc. as a dependable and respected grading contractor known for precision, efficiency, and reliability.

C&A represents Caroline and Anna, Curtis’s daughters — a reflection of the family values that guide the company’s commitment to integrity and excellence.
